• New Manager of the Year Award - The New Manager of the Year Award is an award presented to recognize new managers, those with 5 years or less management experience, demonstrating outstanding promise and leadership in the field and to encourage continuing contributions to the field of management by these exceptional managers. • First-Line Supervisor Award - The First-Line Supervisor Award is an award presented to recognize first-line supervisors demonstrating outstanding leadership in the field. A first-line supervisor is a supervisor who does not supervise managers. First Line Supervisor
• Leadership Award - The Leadership Award is an award presented to an East Tennessee Leadership Chapter member for his/her exemplary leadership within his/her company. Leadership
• Chapter Service Award - The Chapter Service Award recognizes an East Tennessee Leadership Chapter member demonstrating a desire and dedication to the achievement of the Chapter goals. Chapter Service
• Scholarship Award - The Scholarship Award is an award presented to promote excellence in the managerial field by recognizing and rewarding exceptional candidates pursuing management degrees at the college or university level. This award consists of a $1000 cash award. Scholarship
